BACK STORY

Liams ZD30 Nissan patrol is a fun 4WD, but it gets taken places it should never go, like a swamp or up a mountain that's way to steep
to the moon? legit when i get phone calls from liam i know he is stuck somewhere he shouldnt even been able to get too. So to help out the poor forby we have modified it,

Suspension

Of course we got a lift kit, we want some flexs on this big rig

*king spring 2inch lift

*Ironman Shocks all around

We didn't want the diff dragging in the sand so bigger tires

33inch fat boys all around because who can afford 35's these days

and beside  road noise am i right ?

Cooling

Next thing Liam looked at was cooling, and that's where that big scoop on the bonnet came from. A great modification to catch more air as your driving along, but what about when your 4WD through the bush or the dunes, at low speeds the top mount intercooler really suffer for heat soak and that's why we upgraded the intercooler to a slightly bigger unit (bar and plate ) and install a 650cfm fan on it..

Which we dyno tested and works amazingly

BOV ?

Okay so whats with the Blow of valve, legit no real reason. this was more of a "lets see if we can do it project " and it totally does and its a real head turner

BOOST CONTROL

Want to increase or decrease the boost on your variable vane (i.e. VNT/VGT) turbo diesel? Then the V2 is for you!

It’s common knowledge that some engines with vacuum operated ECU controlled VNT/VGT turbos suffer erratic boost behaviour, to the point where turbo or engine failures can occur, even on completely stock vehicles. The V2 takes over from the factory ECU control and ensures a stable and repeatable boost curve, which your engine will thank you for!

The black anodized CNC-machined 6061 aluminium housing are two individual adjustment dials, each having a separate and unique adjustment function.

This first dial sets the boost pressure, whilst the other is used to adjust the boost rise rate, i.e. how fast the turbo spools, meaning you can tune your boost to suit any driving conditions.
